It seems like one aspect to success is to find balance between the creativity of a child while maintaining the discipline of an adult. When you look at some of the most successful people in the world, a common theme really does seem like it has something to do with a person’s ability in keeping an open mind to thoughts while having the ability to sift through ideas in order to arrive at a uniform concept that is both actionable and creative.
If our school systems at all levels started placing greater emphasis on creativity instead of heavily focusing in on structure & discipline, we would likely see an increase in successful, happy & fulfilled human beings.

I see successful folk put structure to scheduling- ie. Morning work 8:00-11:00 ONLY 100% focused no outside intrusion distraction. 11:00-12:30 WALK- passive creative rumination/decompression of thought 12:30-2:30 Lunch 2:30-4:30 work 100% no distractions no division of focus no breaks.
End of day 4:30. WALK Transition creative thinking/decompress end of day.
Private life or family life begins 4:30 100%
